Love this Guy....

I don't even know how to begin to explain this face that Donney and I make to each other all of the time at work. All I can say is that it happened a long time ago, and it's a long story...kind of an inside joke between us two. Yes, I know....we are a little wacky, but you have to be able to laugh at each other a little bit in order to keep your sanity around the Children's ER!
